Marilyn is a Senior Project Manager responsible for financial aspects of a projects life-cycle. This includes data gathering and analysis, cash flow monitoring and reporting, and working with staff members to complete projects according to business needs and internal and external deadline.
Marilyn have more than 30 years’ experience in Financial Project Management.Ms. Pastrana has worked in international infrastructure and building projects during her employment with Ferrovial , SA a leading European multinational company with divisions in more than 15 counties. As well as public accounting experience , Ernst & Young European Branch, in financial preparation in both IFRS and US GAAP.
Marilyn attended New York University and FIU, has a BS In Business with a concentration in accounting and a MBA from Universidad de Alcala one of Europe’s oldest, founded in 1293.

Vie Development, LLC. ("VIE"), founded in 2016, is a multidisciplinary, minority owned, Real Estate Development and Construction Company located in Miami, Florida. Vie Development is part of the "VIE" Lifestyle Brand.
Founders Derrick Milam and Ari Rosenblum founded VIE as a concept of bringing the value-add approach to the Millennial and Generation Z housing space. The strategy materialized to address the emerging and particular demands of future generations when pursuing accommodations. They decided on a health and lifestyle approach to harness the Millennial and Generation Z focus on health and well-being, and created a brand named Vie (as in C'est la Vie). Vie would stand for a lifestyle of fitness and hospitality approach to resident services where residents can get everything resident needs in the community.
Vie Development is based on three principles: Hard work, Integrity, and Attention to Detail. Vie Development focuses on Real Estate Development, turnkey Construction Services, Planning and Design, and Asset Management.
